Rock The Hill Productions will be re-visiting our Band/Event Management Portal Project, which was talked of last year.
Tim from Raines Internet Solutions and Taiyo of Light Fusion are working on a BETA release of this system over the next few months, and will report back to this thread with development news and info for Bands and Committee as it becomes available.
The Application is a web-based system, that allows total management of our events, and simple access for Bands to register and update there details. This will improve Event Organisation times and offer greater visibilty into local bands from the area.

Some of the Project Goals are as follows:
- Online band sign up forms.
- View your information about Signing up for our Gigs and Playing Information.
- Online Band Agreements and form approval.
- Fill out our technical information forms online via your band portal.
- User Account can manage Multiple Bands (Good for Band Managers)
